Question / Help Can You Enable Hotkeys ONLY When OBS Window Is Active?

I'm working on setting OBS to take some more of the workload at our church, and I ended up trying hotkeys with Advanced Scene Switcher. But the problem is that the hotkeys work even when another window is focused.

Is there a way to set OBS to only use hotkeys when it's focused? It would really limit hotkey usage if I have to type something in another application while OBS is running and it always watches for them.

Settings --> Advanced --> Hotkeys --> Disable hotkeys when main window is not in focus --> [Apply]
