Can you add a border to a window?

I kinda thought OBS had this basic feature.... No?

I want to add a stroke or border around a Source. But not sure how to achieve this...

Does anyone else?

A border for a window source would be just be image(s) above the window source. If it's a single frame image, then the inside needs to be transparent.

That's a terrible idea. Using an image just uses up resources and memory.
