Can we have Manila Server as option when Twitch is logged in to OBS?

Hi, is it possible to have Manila Server added as an option when logged in via Twitch Integration?

Assuming the server is provided by twitch when your install polls the server list it will be automatically added

Is there a way to force OBS to perform a poll on the server list?

Oh wait. I think I figured it out. Need to set it to AUTO first, then it will perform the polling! I see it now. Thank you!
