Can this software display the incoming BITRATE of the video source?

I have an Elgato HD60 S+ capture card with the supplied 4K capture software. It detects the resolution of the source (1080p/60) but does not display the incoming Bitrate. The software allows setting the bitrate as high as 60Mb/s. Rather than just use the max setting to get the highest quality, I'd like to set the bitrate to the highest rate used by the original source.

Does OBS display the incoming Bitrate? If not, can anyone suggest software that will do this?
