Bug Report Can stream on facebook once every install of OBS studio

I have downloaded and installed OBS Studio 17.0.0. Waht I want to do is "live streaming on FB." For that I use "OVL capture" as a source and fill in the URL of the OVL- stream. After all the fiddling with the Facebook streaming code all works well. My problem arises when I shut down the live stream and i shut down OBS studio. When I start OBS studio for the second time the option "OVL capture" vanished from my resources and I can't stream anymore. When I then deinstall OBS studio and again install it, then the "OVL capture" resource is there again and I again can stream once.

Is it a known bug? Can someone solve it? Thx.

Do you start the same OBS "bitness" version every time? When you install OBS it installs both the 32bit and 64bit version, the VLC source exists in both but requires VLC to be the same bitness. So if you're using the 64bit version of OBS then you need the 64bit version of VLC, 32bit VLC for 32bit OBS. This is the only reason I can think of that would make it "disappear" when you launch OBS again.
