While i record you can see that the recording is getting worse, like its moving like its recorded on photos or something, ill atach a video down there and my settings. What can i do? i want some setting for recording and streaming, im using a NVIDIA 3070 and an i5-13600kf. In game i usually get over 600fps. Either csgo, rocketleague, on gta i have around 240fps. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9AITy3q_K4E&ab_channel=Raul

Please provide a log file where and when this happens.
As for the images, don't use CBR for recording. Instead use CQP. The best way is using simple output mode.

Run the Auto-configuration Wizard (tools menu) and apply the settings it gives. Do not change it.
Please restart OBS and perform a test recording of at least 30 seconds doing as you normally do, including playing games, full camera or whatever you normally do.
Now look inside Help menu. Upload the current log file and paste the url to the log in here. Click on the Analize button to start troubleshooting common issues.

If the result is better, you can then change the quality selecting one of the better presets for recording. Then test and repeat.

Run OBS as Admin.
Are you watching the video with the windows player or VLC player?
Can you upload (youtube) the test video?

Also, it's recommended to use MKV instead of MP4 format for recording. You can then remux it into mp4 if you need to.
