Question / Help can someone help me fix my Open Bradcaster Softare

I have this issue with my obs where when I go to record a game no matter what game it is it lags in the video even though the game didn't lag while I was playing it and obs showed that it was recording over 30 fps. sometimes I get videos that only recorded 3 frames the entire video. can someone please help me?

this is one where I ran obs as administrator and while trying to record a simple game such as gangbeasts

I did what it tells me to do but nothing changes in the log file, what am I doing wrong?

Probably choosing the wrong bitness of OBS to assign to the nvidia gpu.

Once you've put BOTH in there on the nvidia, turn off multi-adapter compatibility hooking on the game capture source.

I went through the process agai and it worked but could you help me with one more thing, I am also having an issue with stopping the video. it either takes 4 minuets or never stops it just remains on stopping video. do you know how I can fix this?

could you help the video is still the same, it still only has around 5 frames in the whole video.
