Question / Help Can Someone Help Me Find Ideal Settings for Streaming and Recording?

I was wondering if anyone would be willing to me find the ideal settings for both streaming and recording. I'm wanting to record more than anything, but I'm having difficulty finding the ideal settings.

I am unsure how to get a log file if needed.

Tools > Auto Configuration Wizard

Start there and observe the results, and then you can ask about any specific issues or problems you encounter with those settings and see how to change them. When you reach that stage it will help to post a logfile:
