Question / Help Can someone explain why this is happening?

Anyone have an idea how to fix this? The binding box is misplaced and leaving black bars on my stream.

Try RIGHT CLICK/Transform/Fit TO Screen..
Then Right click and click on screen click LOCK PREVIEW..
Lock Preview makes box go away and locks the screen.
