It is not possible to make a suggestion based on this information. You haven't said what you're trying to capture, or how, or what resolution you want to use, or how fast your internet connection is, or what service you'll be streaming to.

The best advice is to open the Tools menu and run the Auto-Configuration Wizard. This is what it is for.

My internet speed is 20mbps
and im using 1920x1080 to record/stream but my monitor is 1280x1024 and I want to capture League of legends and im using the second version of obs (Streamlabs) if you can reply thanks for helping me
