so no matter what bitrate i choose (2500kbps or 1000kbps) or even anywhere in between i drop frames. sometimes ill drop around 120 frames and some case i drop up to 700.
No matter what I try i cant seem to figure out whats wrong!
so im looking for and suggestions or tips if you know what the problem is..
i have a good pc and i just upgraded my internet to 300down and 30up but what didnt fix the dropped frames ;(
