Can some one help me PLZ

so i recently started streaming, i am using obs and i have ran into a slight problem. I created my cam overlay and banner and logo, with lime green black and white, a little red, but for some reason everything is black and grey, the red shows up red, then i was playing ark and realized anything lime green is black? like i have some sort of color blind mode enabled but cant seem to track it down? any ideas? thank you in advance
