Hello, I am an affiliate streamer and I am having issue with my stream. When I am streaming, I watch the stream on my second monitor(not in OBS preview, but twitch.), and sometimes I notice that I am having fps drops, it's just not 60fps how it should be. It's only for 10 seconds max and then it runs normal. I have i9 9900k, gtx 1070, ddr4 16GB 3200 MHz. The OBS shows 0 dropped frames, and twitch inspector either. I also rewatched my stream to make sure, and I still saw the fps drops. My OBS settings: 6000 bitrate, x264, veryfast preset, 1600x900 scaled resolution, 60fps. I've tried many different settings, changed the presets, I've tried NVENC, but I can still see it. I play League of Legends and this game isn't that difficult for PC. My upload speed is 18 Mbit/sec... Thanks for any advice.
