Can only use track one on OBS

I have confirmed that I can only use track 1 on OBS for audio recording. I have switshed the different adio recording sources between the tracks and only the source which is located on track 1 is bring recorded. I have tried to restart OBS, I have tried to reinstall OBS and apply all the needed settings and it doesn't work. It worked just a few hours ago, before I closed and then started the computer. Even though the mixer shoes that it gets the audio from every source, it doesn't record from every source, only those on track 1. I have even tried to remux and then put the video in premiere pro, and then I see both tracks, but the second track doesn't have any sound in it, even though my mixer gets sound stimulus from both audio sources during the recording.
