Can Only Stream W/ Modem At Times. Never Can W/ Router

So, After pulling my hair our and reading every post and google search I could, im at my wits end.

So, up until last night, I was only able to stream (to any service, any quality) while using a wired connection directly to my router (Coda56). I could stream in 4k on YouTube at max bitrate of 51000kbps with no problem. But when I use a wired connection straight from my router, I could NEVER get it to work. I did every suggestion in the "dropped frames/lag," post, I tried a complete reinstall, including deleting all AppData and hidden files. I tried every firewall setting in the router and on my PC. And now last night, I go to start a stream after just running one, and I now cant stream to any service at any quality, no matter what I do. I also callled my ISP and explained the situation. They said everything Is fine on their end and that its a issue on the software end.

I know that "speed tests" dont matter, but a 1gb down, 350 up connection should be able to stream any quality. And hell, I could with using just the modem at one point, but now I cant. I could literally stream one minute, now I cant. I cant think of abything else off the top of my head that ive done, but I know Ive tried more than what i mentioned. Im just running out of time before I have to leave for work!

Ive attached 2 logs. One is from a "good run" and a 4k stream that ran for like 10 hours. And the other is the next time I tried to stream. (note: i would ALWAYS have to close/restart OBS after every stream. If not, OBS would say that I was currently streaming, but it would never output any data to YouTube and according to YouTube, I would NOT be streaming. It just seems like OBS can never run without some kind of issues at some point. IN my experience over the last 5+ years.

Thanks for any HELP!!!

On one side the plugin you have installed is known to cause issues. Uninstall it. Probably you'll end needing to uninstall and reinstall OBS in order to fix changes made by this plugin.

The other issue may be due to using 4k resolution when you should only use up to 1080p resolution.

Yeah, Ive had issues with that plugin in the past to be honest. Ive uninstalled it a few times already lol. Anyway, if I shouldn't be streaming in 4k, why have I been able to for the last week, for 12+ hours a day? Also, I couldn't stream at ANY resolution. It didn't matter at all. I tried every single resolution, restarting the program every time.

So, an update. I came home from work today, and I can stream again. In 4k, 60fps, with no problem. While connected directly to the modem. BTW, im using Cat-8, S/FTP cable for every connection. Dell XPS8700. (old, I know, but it works great for what I use it for)

So, now im back to trying to figure out why I can't stream while hooked to my TpLink AX3000 router. Even using the wired 2.5gig port. Ive checked all firewall settings, Ive setup a dedicated IP for my PC, ive even put the router in "DMZ" mode. I still cant stream in ANY resolution. If i run the auto setup for streaming, it says I cant even stream in 360p. Hell, even before I was using a docsis 3.1 modem, was capped at 20mbps upload, I could still stream at 2k. So I don't understand it.

Help please lol
