Can OBS separate alternate frames 3d video?

I got it to the point where the Sega Master System 3d games appear in my capture card as alternate frames.

I've been able to do plenty of things with 3D, like convert 3D live video into monochrome anaglyph video.

I know there's a way you could lower the frame rate to take a 30 frame by 2 eye 60 HZ picture, and converted to a 30 frame by one eye 30 HZ picture within the capture card. But that only gives you a monoscopic.

Is there a way I could isolate and capture the missing frame in between those two frames make it 30 HZ but the other field if it's assuming it's interlaced or the other frame assuming it's progressive?

Is there an alternator function in OBS that lets you pick only even frames and separately only odd frames to put into an a video source?

If so, how do I use that? If not, could that be a feature that's later added?
