Can OBS (natively or via plug-in) sniff out the specifications of an NDI stream?

I'd like OBS to take details like frame rate from an incoming Media Source (local NDI stream, specifically) and use this data elsewhere in the app so the user isn't forced to manually set the broadcast frame rate. Trying to eliminate artifacts from frame rate conversions from pilot error. Thanks!
