No; you would do that time-compression in your video editor, after recording the entire session at normal speed in OBS.
OBS is a livestreaming production tool first and a recording program second, so a timelapse-recording feature isn't high on the list of priorities. Especially as it can be done in a variety of ways in your video editing program later.
