Can OBS get NDI input from NIC #1 and NDI output to NIC #2 ?

Hi , I have a powerful PC with 2 NIC cards (NIC #1 with internet access for Zoom Meeting, NIC #2 for local network without internet access,)
I have enabled NDI on the Zoom Room, so OBS on this PC can receive NDI feeds from Zoom Meeting.
However, after concatenating those Zoom Meeting Feeds, I need to send the NDI output to NIC #2.
Is it possible for OBS to get NDI feeds from one NIC and NDI output to another NIC ?

Older versions of NDI used both, with the NDI5 toolkit the NIC used can be selected but I don't think it can be selected in OBS. Found this over on the NDI forum.
