Question / Help Can OBS do very low bitrate streaming?

I have some software running at work which I have to check up on at a regular basis to see if everything is working. I´ve been using teamviewer so far but that runs me 60gb of cellular data a month so I´m looking for some streaming software instead which can transmit at very low resolution/bandwidth.

I´m talking about say 3 frames per minute and say 600x400 resolution? I just need some way to check every 15-20 minutes through the day if it´s still running properly or not.

Any help is much appriciated.

I feel like there has to be a better solution.
Like build something that only sends a picture when you ask it to.

I think there are VNC clients/server where you can set the jpeg compression up.

60 GB/mo of cellular data for the occasional TeamViewer connection? That doesn't sound right. You know you can adjust the TeamViewer quality options to reduce bandwidth usage as well?
