Can OBS do a Live IRL Sport live stream with Instant replays?

My first test of doing a live twitch show was doing a live miniature golf show as a one camera live show. That way I could tap the cellular network and you generally add complexities one at a time as you grow.

I know the one camera show all I need is just one camera that's constantly streaming. But if I were to expand the two or more cameras, is it correct to assume I need a computer and monitor that's easily portable, and a wireless way to instream to a computer live twin stereoscopic video footage for the computer to outstream. I also need a director at the helm to switch between the multiple cameras. And I need some sort of hard drive to record the video evidence so that if someone wants to throw a challenge flag on a ref call, we could go back and frame by frame the video for overturning calls.

How do I do stereoscopic phones as local live video servers sent to the director's computer to abc switch and can OBS do AB switching between 4 pairs of cameras as 4 separate shots.

Can OBS do instant replays? Can OBS do frame advance and frame retreat on recently captured video? Can OBS do zoom-ins? Does OBS time-sync the 4 video perspectives in replay to the nearest frame?

I just want to see if live streaming an IRL sport is possible with OBS alone. (Plus I have the knowledge to modify them for stereoscopy: Just use 32x9 pictures as 2 side by side 16x9s)
