Can you, yes... but probably not native to OBS.. (maybe). Also, consider your use case. *IF* the plan is for a psuedo-NVR, then OBS is probably not what I'd recommend. And security cameras are relatively cheap compares to other camera options, and they are that for a reason (you are getting what you are paying for).. I say that as some folks think of using a security camera instead of a PTZ or other camera and think they'll get similar quality, and that just doesn't happen.
there are of different approaches to capturing a video stream from a security camera, each with their own Pro's & Con's. The issue is that OBS has few native listening interfaces. For example, NDI is not native to OBS
Meaning the question is - what streaming video output options does your Dahua camera support? And then beware if your camera only supports 15fps and you want to stream at say 30fps.
One, non-optimal option is to use a web-browser to view image on camera, and then Window capture that... this would work, but be of relatively poor quality/fidelity
Instead, you want to determine the streaming video protocols the camera supports, and then set up a listener on the OBS PC to receive that stream. I've not done this, but I believe I've heard of using VLC (which is included with OBS) to receive/display the video stream. There are other options.
