Question / Help Can not hear multiple Audio Tracks

So i'm using Voicemeeter Banana and OBS to record with multiple audio tracks for game footage, discord, and desktop sounds. I have my setup in the imgur link above. When I take the mp4 into Adobe Premiere all the audio tracks are visible and audible, but when I simply listen to the playback, I can't hear it.

What could the issue be?
 
Use VLC to playback multiple audio tracks however it does not mix them you can only listen to a track at a time. Most other video players will not even do that.

On your final render from Premiere everything will be mixed together and when you play that back you'll hear everything
