Can not find entry point ?

I have a really problem
I hope someone can help with it.
After succesfully compiling ,
"The procedure entry point cannot be found in dynamic link library obs64.exe" occured after I launched obs64.exe .

os: windows 10 64bit vs2013

Please screenshot the error, it doesn't make sense that the executable itself is loading as a DLL.
