Can no longer see multiple windows in dropdown with same app with window capture after upgrade....

After upgrade via program installed on windows 10.whatever updated to the latest version can no longer see many or seemingly browser windows in many different browsers in drop down when choosing specific or other window.

Apparently unless the windows are in the same desktop I can no longer see them in the dropdown to select them for the active window capture window....help anyone
