Can no longer have two video sources active at once

Attached is my most recent log file.

Until roughly a week ago, I could have both a webcam and my capture card active, but since then I've only been able to use one or the other (ticking "deactivate when not showing" for them doesn't work either). I used to have both active in one scene and only the webcam active in the other. Is there anything that could have changed this? I don't remember installing any updates for Windows or OBS before the issue started.

Thanks in advance!

P.S. I have the DroidCam plugin, but it's currently disabled.

USB controller is overloaded, move them to different ports or lower the resolution.
My webcam is connected to one of the ports on the front of my PC and the capture card is connected to the back. Is that what you mean, or should I be looking for specific ports?
Also, can you think of any reason why this would become a problem out of the blue when I had no issues beforehand?
Thank you for the reply!

Can't edit the above comment, but moving the ports around fixed the issue, thank you @R1CH! Still have no idea why this started up out of the blue though. My PS4's making a weird clicking noise now though, any idea what may have caused that?

For the clicking noise, make sure all audio settings (Windows, OBS audio, video capture sources, etc.) are all set to the same sample rate (44100 or 48000).

I meant the sound was coming from the console (i.e. hardware) itself. I've turned it off, hopefully leaving it alone for a few hours will do some good. A primitive choice of action, I know, but still.
