Hey guys just curious if my computer has the capability to record Overwatch and CSGO at a good quality.

My specs are:
-8GB RAM
-i5 4460k
-MSI R9 380 4G

And if I am capable can someone tell me the settings I should use, I have played around with it for a while and havent found a way to get it to record at as good of a quality as I think it's capable of.

First of all I recommend making sure your OBS Studio installation is the latest available (17.0.2) The 64 bit version I also recommend, if you are using a 64 bit Windows 10 OS installation.

Secondly, the below link is for the latest version of the AMD AMF encoder plugin by @Xaymar:

For a quick guide on setting up:

Using your graphics card via the AMF encoder from @Xaymar you should have no issues at all in achieving excellent quality with your recordings, that said there can be issues with performance. If you run into trouble post back here with a logfile attached and someone will likely lend a hand if they can.

To upload a logfile, just do a recording attempt for a few minutes (~3-5 minutes is good) whilst doing what you would normally be doing in-game, then stop the recording and:

Hi,

what do you define as high quality? 4k? 1080p 60fps? 720p 30fps?
