Can i use this PC for a dedicated streaming

This is my setup and if you have any recommendations about anything for sound to video capture plz tell me cause i don't know what i would need for a dual PC setup.

CPU: i7 2600k Not OC yet but will OC if needed
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-U14S
MB: Z77X-UP4
RAM: 4 Sticks of 4 GB 1600MHz
GPU: 980 TI STRIX with water AIO
HD: 256GB SSD Adata SP900

I would say it can be possible but gonna have to work with the settings. I would advise to run the Auto-Config to get a base line and work from that point. Cause with a lot of games will have to adjust game play settings so that does not affect performance for game and OBS. You could do some test recording with settings to see how that goes. Some do test streams on a Alt Channel. I think you can use NVENC with 980 Ti, that might help with some if allows you to use it.
