Question / Help can i stream to twitch with this upload speed ? (image from speedtest)

can I stream to twitch even with 30 fps and 720p
playing for example battlefield 4 with that upload speed ?
I tried with radeon streaming and the picture in my twitch channel is stuck not moving and lagging sometimes

streaming and playing on same pc

cpu :i7 6700k NOT overclocked
gigabyte z170x gaming 5
Samsung ssd 250 gb
western digital black 2 GB
sapphire r9 390 nitro 8gb
RAM 16 GB
windows 10 pro

Anyone can accept donations, but don't expect them come alot. You have build up viewers to get people to start donate anything to you. But yes you can, just work your way up.
