Question / Help Can I stream in 720p 60fps with these specs?

My computer can stream ps4 on 720p 60fps with no lag, im wondering if I can bump that up to 720p 60fps because that would be so awesome, here are my specs... Ps4 streams require no cpu usage for games so im convinced that it should be able to work.

PC SPECS:
- AMD FX 8350 4GHZ (CPU)
- GTX 1050 OC (GPU)
- 16GB DDR3 (RAM)

UPLOAD SPEED: 9 MBPS

I'm not a master with specs, but why not give it a shot? Just stream a couple minutes of test footage and watch it over. If it's lag-free, you should be good to go!

Yup it worked, Just switched to streaming with my graphics card in which less pressure on the cpu. What gpu would I need to be able to work 1080p 60fps streams? I was planning like a 1060 6gb or a 1070 8gb gpu?

ast 3.9GHz Dual Core AMD A-Series 7400K - 1TB Hard Drive - 8GB of 1600MHz DDR3 RAM / Memory - AMD Radeon R5 Integrated Graphics - HDMI, USB3, Wi-Fi would i be able to stream with this also can anyone reccomend a good pc or laptop under 700
