Question / Help Can I stream at 720p with this PC ?

Hi, can someone tell me if I can stream at 720p with this PC ?

Here are the specs :
CPU: Intel Xeon W3550 3.07GHz
RAM: 6GB
GPU: nVidia GeForce GT 730 2GB
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
Max download speed:10Mbps
Max upload speed: 2.02Mbps

P.S: I know I can use the estimator but I want more opinions.

PC is capable of encoding HD. High motion content needs more bitrate to maintain quality but upload speed is low. I recommend reducing resolution if image quality is blurry.

Oh, I forgot to say: the game I am streaming is Minecraft.

Try 560p at 1500 bitrate with that slow of an internet connection.

Also, assuming you're streaming to twitch, you can try the twitch connection test tool to get a better idea of what you're usable bitrates are.

I'm streaming with youtoube by the way.
