Can I Separate my mixer channels in obs for complete control?

Hey everyone! so I've been having some audio trouble and I'm using a mixer straight to my computer and then using that as my audio input capture. I've trying to send my mixer signal into my pc VIA USB. Is there a way that i can separate each channel instead of using the master audio output?and my mixer is a Allen and heath qu 24
