Can I send an RTMP stream from OBS to another OBS on same network?

If so, what is the RTMP URL I should use on the receiving OBS? I tried rtmp://<sending OBS Mac IP address> but get no input. Do I need a RTMP server on the sending macbook?
Obviously, I'm a noob.
