Can I run OBS with these specs?

hello.
i’m a complete noob when it comes to this stuff and my local church needs a computer to locally record at around 720p 30fps (at the bare minimum) and I was wondering if these specs would suffice?

Specs:
-Intel Core i5 4570
-16 GBs RAM (DDR3)
-Intel HD Graphics 4600

Probably yes. Use Tools->Auto Configuration Wizard and let it optimize for recording. Then start some random Youtube video (to get something moving onto your screen) and capture your screen with a display capture source and start recording. Afterwards check the video. If the recording is acceptable, so will probably any other recording.
