Can I have 2 seperate GPU's in my PC and use one for OBS's encoding and the second for the game I record?

(I'm new to OBS and all the technical stuff, so I'm sorry if I sound incoherent or outright wrong)
Hi, for a long time now I've heard about these streamers with "streamer" computers, and generally people who somehow offload the encoding work off to a different GPU, so they can retain full performance in GPU intensive games while not loosing out on quality. I am not sure whether I worded it correctly, however I'd like to know if I could install a second GPU into my system, that I could make render/encode the content of game I play?

Don't waste your money or time. Off-loading works great to an Intel iGPU but sticking another GPU in the mix will just cause you AG & a performance hit.
