Nope. The anticheat hook is not needed for games like CS:GO.
You might have to use this when it comes to games that have a separate local anticheat client like DayZ, Rust, The Culling etc.
And even there you will not get banned, nobody will know what you do with the game client until they check out your stream.
It is just a tool to work around anticheat software preventing you from capturing the game and should be used when you have issues with game capture (black screen, capture freezes blah).
