Question / Help Can I dock an element on the left/right?

I've been trying to figure this out... it seems the docking UI in OBS is based on rows; not columns.

I would like to place an element taking up the entire left or right side of my interface area. Is it possible to do this?

I've attached a picture explaining what I mean. I want the "Chat" to be docked on the entire right side of the screen, expanding to the side of the preview window.

I was not able to make a dock spanning the whole height of OBS, just like you. I'm only able to add it to one of the rows, and adding new rows, but not spanning multiple rows. If there is a feature that enables this, it's well hidden.
