Can I delete items that show up in the tray context menu?

I am wanting to delete the "start streaming" & "start virtual camera" options that show when I right-click on OBS in the system tray. How can I do that??

Would I edit that exact "Windows-basic-main.cpp" file? Or do I edit the theme file?

If you're asking as a user then no, this is not possible. You've posted in the development forum so I was giving you instructions on where to find this in the OBS code if you want to make your own build.
