Can I blur parts of my screen that I am recording?

If I am demo'ing an UI from a specific app and I want to blur some parts of the screen, how can I do that? I want to blur a part of the url for example or some specific fields in the application UI. Is that even possible with OBS? Or do know other tools that can do by editing the OBS recording?
