Question / Help Can Anyone Suggest me a Good Stream Settings for Obs Studio 32 bit

I'm Using Obs Classic and Studio of 32 bit . In both of them Classic is good compared to Studio version.main thing that I won't like in Studio version is I donno the Settings of Output and Video that's what the problem which makes me videos and streams to buffer or delay i.e video slower compared to audio . Can anyone please help me to solve the problem.
