Can Anyone Help?

I have 2 usb capture cards that worked fine until I plugged them in to an REI Powered HDMI Splitter now neither capture card passes video or audio even though they appear to "power on"

Is there a way to reset the devices or the usb hub?

I have tried unnstalling drivers and software. I have 3 laptops I have tried them in. I have swapped cords.

From what I have seen and been told. An HDMI spliiter has no power in it but some way these 2 capture cards seem to be cooked.
 
Unfortunately this is not an OBS issue, and is out-of-scope for the OBS support forum.
You'll need to contact the hardware manufacturer for the capture cards for support with their product(s).
