Can anyone help with getting the best obs settings?

I've tried multiple tutorials and I keep getting grainy videos and don't look very smooth. I want to try to get 1080p60fps videos.

My Specs:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six-Core Processor
RAM: 16GB
GPU: Radeon RX 580 Series

I also have an AOC duel monitors that are at 144hrtz if this helps.

I've tried the auto wizard config but it still sucks. I have no idea how to fix this.
