Can anyone help me with this weird problem I'm having with OBS? I've tried every variation of bitrates and my recordings look BAD. For example, in my Obs recordings things like Grass, Trees, Bushes, look like they have a white noise filter on them. (It's constantly grainy) But if I use "Elgato Game Capture" it does not have it?
