Can anyone help me to use the websocket?

Hi, I'm new to using the obs websocket and when trying the streamcontrol on my cell phone, it asks me for the IP address, I wrote my IP correctly and it tells me an error.
Does anyone know what the problem is?

you entered your local network IP:Port from the pc where obs is running and not your online IP?
firewall active and forgot to add the allow?

I put the IP of my PC and my network and it gives me the same error.
Does it have something to do with my PC and my cell phone being connected through the same network?

Hi, I'm having the same issue:

.Running OBS 26.1.1 on Windows 10
.Both phone and PC on the same Wifi network
.Entered my local IP with "ipconfig"
.Already gave permission to OBS in Windows Defender, my only firewall
.Disabling Windows Defender makes no difference
.Already tried switching ports in Server Settings, no difference as well

What else can I try?
