Can anyoen help me with some good settings for obs

My pc specs:
AMD Ryzen 5 1600 Six-Core Processor Core speed 3491 MHz
Mainboard Asustek Prime B450M-A
2xDDR4 16GB Dram Frequency 1400
Graphics Nvidia GTX 1660 6GB DDR5
Download:227.6 Mbps
Upload:486.8 Mbps

i have problem with blurr when im in game and i try to move .

Make a profile for youtube and one for twitch.
On each profile, run the Auto-configuration Wizard and apply the settings it gives. Restart OBS. Stream test one profile and then the other.
Done.

I do this , but after so many test's i have same problem blurr when im in game and i try to move , i dont understand why , i change bitrate /resolution and more for nothing

if your gpu can handle p5 well then you can try use p6 preset
