Can’t open webcam and game at the same time

Hi I have my game coming in through a video capture device and I also have my webcam connected. I can display them fine on their own but not together. Here is the log file

Two things: If they're on the same usb header, they might not work at the same time due to bandwidth issues

Your computer is SEVERELY underpowered and I highly doubt it would work for streaming or recording with any kind of serviceable quality at all, even with quicksync encoding,
