Cameras lag while streaming on YouTube

I hope there is someone out there that can help me with this mysterious issue. A little background. I have set up a basic streaming system at my local curling club. Very simply, for each sheet of ice I have four cameras which run through OBS and are then streamed through YouTube. Each set of cameras are a four IP camera Lorex security system with NVR(Network Video Recorder). Each NVR networks into a gig switch which networks to a computer that runs multiple instances of OBS. Presently, I access each camera through the NVR as a media source and set them up as kind of a quad display in OBS and then stream to YouTube. The problem is, for some reason, one or two cameras will randomly start going in sort of slow motion and fall completely out of time with the others. I have a feeling the problem may be originating with the NVR output. OBS never seems to have a problem streaming. There is never any dropped frames from the stream and YouTube has no problem with it. Always says Excellent Connection. But if there is some way I could smooth out how it is ingesting the camera data, maybe I could fix it. When it works, It works great. I don't feel like I am pushing too much. Only going 1080p at 30 fps. The computer does not appear to be overloaded. Nothing is maxing out. Just this random slomo. Can anyone help me?
