Camera's control issue

I don't know where to post it, but I have a question, I have 4 camera's that I want to take control over, but now I want it like a system that my moderators, for example, can change the camera view by example: !cam1 and that is switches to camera 1, but I don't know how to make this, and no one explains this. I know this is possible.

I am using streamelements OBS

Use keyboard (Hotkeys) or mouse and click on scene.
Or if you need remote control use websocket plugin.
