Camera turn on delay between scene transitions

Hey guys, whenever I transition to my scene on streamlabs OBS with the sonya6000 there is a 1 second delay where my camera window for sonya6000 doesn't show. This is not an issue for other cameras only sonya6000.

Wondering if anyone had a solution?

I created a stinger that's black for 1 second (30 frames) then fades to white in 1/2 second (15 frames). The stinger pauses for 1 second while the camera activates then dissolves or fades into the scene with the camera.

Create a new stinger. Load the attached mp4 file. Check the box "Use a Track Matte" and set it to "Mask only".
