Camera Sound

So have recently switched from Streamlabs to OBS. Noticed my Camlink 4K is freezing a lot, I’m getting warnings about encoding overloads, and worst of all after several hours OBS switched the sound input from my USB (from a mixing desk) to my Camcorder’s mic (despite the fact it was muted). The only way to stop these issues was to restart OBS. Any suggestions?
